Hit The Gym Before Dining Out This Weekend

Planning to go out with the girls or your significant other for a fab dinner in Cincinnati this weekend?  Hit the gym first!  According to researchers from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, cardio sessions before high-cal meals can fend off fat.  Women who worked out before eating a high calorie meal increased their fat-burning rate, while women who ate a high calorie meal without exercising decreased theirs.  Aim to sweat at a moderate intensity.  Try taking an afternoon spinning class, go for a brisk walk or jog, or sweat through a kickboxing session.
